About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the contract for construction work. Any work we perform for you is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and where these terms and that agreement differ, the signed agreement controls.

Information on this site

We work hard to keep the information here accurate, including the technical and code references. Building codes and standards change, and local jurisdictions adopt amendments. Nothing on this website should be treated as a substitute for a code check by a licensed professional for your specific project, or for the requirements of your local building department.

Not medical advice

We are a bathroom remodeling contractor, not a medical or occupational therapy provider. Information on this site about accessibility, mobility, fall risk and bathing safety is general and is offered to help you make an informed remodeling decision. It is not medical advice. Where a specific medical condition is involved, please consult your physician or an occupational therapist, whose recommendations should take precedence over anything written here.

Quotes and pricing

Any prices or ranges mentioned on this website are illustrative only and are not an offer. Quotes are provided in writing after an in-home consultation and are valid for the period stated on the quote. A written quote may be revised if conditions are discovered that could not reasonably have been identified during the consultation, such as concealed damage, non-compliant existing work or hidden deterioration behind finished surfaces. Where that happens we will tell you before proceeding and you may decline.

Forms on this site are processed by Formspree and analytics are provided by Google Analytics. We are not responsible for the practices of those services. See our privacy policy.

Intellectual property

Limitation of liability

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of Sacramento County, California have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
